Return & Refund Policy

At Early up, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

1. Visit Contact Page and provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply with confirmation and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Please do not send the item back before contacting us, returns sent without prior notice may not be processed.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@earlyuptag.com as fast as possible and include photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund,  including any shipping costs — at no extra charge to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging due to customer handling

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases (ångerrätt) and your right to a remedy for faulty goods.
